I digged the Bugzilla of W3C and find that I submitted  Bug 6089 (use
RFCs 3987 and 3987 for the def of xsd:anyURI) long time ago.  Its 
status is sill NEW.  I made a comment on your personal reply, and 
wrote what I wrote in my previous mail.
