Wrong way round. You are talking about the input file, I am talking about
the XSLT template. I said "generate html" not "accept html".

As mentioned above,

These use XML (XSLT) templates.

Actually, I don't think I have ever come across a real case of someone
using XSLT with an XHTML input. I suppose it is possible, but generating
HTML is much more common.
