Trailing slash on a namespace that is a url
Hi all,

Does the list think namespaces should have a trailing slash? (those
that are URLs anyway)

For example:

http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml
http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform
http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema
http://www.w3.org/ns/widgets

...all omit the trailing slash.

Is it wise to leave it off, or should those namespaces have had it?
(They do have something at the end of them, and if you visit any of
them in a browser, the trailing slash gets added in the address bar...
not a big deal, but has potential for confusion)

thanks
