[ANN] XSL Tooling 0.5M7

XSL Tooling, an eclipse web tools incubating project, is pleased to 
announce the availability of XSL Tooling 0.5M7.   This is an XSL editor 
and debugger built on top of the eclipse Web Tools project.   New 
features available in this release:

    * New XSL creation wizard.
    * Configurable preferences for validation of XSL.
    * Navigation to definition of called-templates via F3.
    * Smarter XPath validation.
