Well, I was upset that had spent time trying out and reporting bugs on a 
GPL product then came to understand what distribution means, according 
to them.

What do you think distribution means? Does it mean developing on your 
local machine while using a GPL product and then putting your app on a 
server and downloading the GPL'ed product to that server?

Oh, and GPL for XML or XSD/RNG seems ridiculous. Can you GPL:
