world facts in xml format
There was some market study done that showed within the survey's context
around 40% or the survey respondends were using XML for data
representation...

I can see how the IBM marketing team who is very good at redefining
facts (ie their attempt to redefine native XML processing to mean Viper)
could have reinterpreted that information too...
