Further to the discussions started last week on XML-Dev, I've posted 
a revision to the draft UBL code list value validation methodology 
that I cited and I've announced the revision at:

While this is still a UBL committee work in development, the UBL-Dev 
mail list is a forum where more public discussion of this draft 
methodology is anticipated and I've included instructions in the post 
cited above regarding how anyone can participate in that list.

I hope this is considered interesting.
