Thanks for checking, Philippe. I do agree that the table has the information needed to infer the positions of the participants on how to go forward, and that is worth examining closely. Here's what I see there; again corrections or reinterpretations from participants is welcome: There is very little support for "nested profiles", i.e. refactoring the spec into a nice set of modules and sub-modules. I presume that is because it is infeasible, not because it is intrinsically undesireable. There is considerable support for domain-specific profiles of XSD, but somewhat less support for doing that work at W3C. There is a lot of enthusiasm for a Wiki that would be sort of an uber-primer, tutorial, best practices collection, etc. that would be developed by the community as a whole. There is a sentiment that the W3C WG's priorities top should be Errata, and Test Suites, with finishing the XSD 1.1 spec a significantly lower priority. There was a lot of support for a "best practice versioning Note", but I'm not sure who would do that. There seemed to be some sentiment that building "marketing documents" (that would explain what XSD is really good for?) and type libraries would be a good idea. The bottom line I take from this is that the workshop participants are asking the W3C to shift priorities away from XSD 1.1 and toward explaining the spec via a Wiki process, and correcting the spec and implementions via an authoritative and comprehensive test suite and errata process. By the way, note Philippe's message about one possible followon - http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-ws/2005Jul/0000.html
