sadly under its current structure, real practical testing is not 
something the WS-I is seemingly able to undertake, let alone conformance 
testing. They have "sample applications" which, whilst interesting, only 
exhibit a small subset of possible Web service interactions. They also 
have some "testing tools" which sniff messages and compare them against 
a WSDL applying a small subset of the Basic Profile assertions.
