Here is an interesting site that just rolled out today,
http://www.x-cp.org.  The press release says that XCP will revitalize
the telecom industry employing XML technology to "Light the Fiber".

Their press releases, one XCP and one joint with the Jabber Software
Foundation, are linked from the News page on the site.

But don't skip the front page of the website and remember to bring your
English-Latin dictionary.
