sax documentation
Reading through the current CVS, two questions came to mind.

1) Is the clarification in org.xml.sax.Attributes about local
name/prefix of xmlns attributes also going to be mentioned in
   docs/namespaces.html (or to the JavaDoc)?

2) What happens if an xmlns attribute was defaulted or #FIXED in the
DTD but was not present in the instance? SAX does not report
defaulted attributes, but they still trigger
startPrefixMapping(). I would like to see a clarification on that
   in the docs.

Ari.
