I finally managed to get this downloaded form CVS and compiled. I 
dumped the JavaDoc at http://cafeconleche.org/sax2/docs/javadoc/ for 
anyone who'd prefer to browse it online rather than downloading from 
CVS. This is a temporary location. I'll probably delete it after the 
official release.

Two issues I noticed, possibly related:

1. The actual SAX web site does not appear to be in CVS. There are 
likely some pages there that need to be changed.

2. A lot of the docs that are in CVS such as the release notes also 
need to be updated. Am I correct in assuming that the only changes up 
to this point have been in the JavaDoc?
