Hi,

Since this list is RDDL's birthplace, I'd like to mention here the
publication of a new namespace as RDDL:

http://xml.insee.fr/schema/

The key points of this publication are

      * Written in French (next releases should be provided in English
        as well)
      * Library of core elements, attributes and datatypes to be used by
        applications manipulating French identification and
        classification data.
      * Authored as Literate Programming using DocBook litprog library.
      * Include versions with enumerations generated from Excel
        spreadsheets saved as XML.
      * Tries to be both easy to read and exhaustive.
