Correct, actually; it's got these IE-specific "XML data islands" that  
are supposed to auto-actuate code that does fancy things with the XML  
DOM.  Blecch.  People should be ashamed of publishing that kind of a  
URI for an XML 2003 talk; clearly they Just Don't Get It.  -Tim
