Yes, I decided to stay away from reified statements on purpose, because 
of the questions about how they relate to other actual triples in the 
RDF store..  But in addition, I am not so sure that assigning a number 
to the reified statement actually captures the semantics of a fuzzy 
membership.  I think the number really applies to the predicate, as best 
I can make out.  Is that equivalent to talking about the entire 
statement? Maybe, but it is not clear to me yet.
