rss regularis(z)ation
On the xslt list today,
someone suggested that rss (version next) might be a good submission to
the W3C, on the grounds that

a) Its kinda popular.
b) Its getting messed with as did html
c) OASIS .... wouldn't touch it.
d) It could be a good | worthwhile | useful | .... effort.

Thoughts?

I thought it made sense,
but I seldom speak with the same ideas as other W3C members.

?Anyone know how to make a formal XML note submission?
