Zen or Games?

So one goes to look at the site promoting CSS, www.csszengarden.com and
while browsing 
it, a proxy notification pops up:

"The site that you have attempted to access has been categorized as  

Games (gm) 

Your workstation is not being permitted to access this URL.  The site
appears to be conflicting with the <yourCompanyName> Internet Acceptable Use
Policy. 

<yourCompanyName> subscribes to a service that provides an up-to-date
database of sites that are deemed inappropriate. If you feel you are blocked
from a business related site that is incorrectly flagged, check to see how
the site is categorized and submit the site for review by using the
"SmartFilterWhere Site Lookup page". If you need immediate access to a site
that has been incorrectly categorized, please provide this information to
<yourCompanyName> and we will assist you in gaining access to the site as
soon as possible.

and once again, the pursuit of a knowldege conflicts with 
some piece of smart software's limited AI or some network 
engineer's limited time, and one's login gets another tick 
onto the short list of those to be audited because 
that is what the computer recommends.  Since someone here hits 
one of these often and posts about it from different web sites, 
I have to assume many of use such services when 
it comes to classification.
