  This happen, it's unfrequent (xmlsoft and rpmfind.net are hosted there
at MIT/LCS too) and is usually fixed quickly (it's back right now). MIT
is a sufficiently big client and with enough network gurus that problems
are looked at and diagnosed really fast when this happen. Also MIT is on
the Internet2 backbone and I think then has a really high speed connection
to other universities worldwide (i.e. mirroring the archives should be
doable without much troubles). Of course this applies to ibiblio.org
to, just s/MIT/UNC/
