schema license
I've never heard of a GPL category of licenses before. Looking at the OSI web page I see that they still refer to their licenses as "Open Source Licenses" not GPLs. It looks like you are taking a common term and applying your own unique interpretation of it which is potentially confusing to users.

Besides the above observation I don't have any more feedback on the license.

The GNU GPL is a specific license. I consider the term "GPL" to refer to
many licenses that can logically be categorized as a particular type. For
example, there are a number of GPLs, each similar, but slightly different,
located at http://www.opensource.org. By contrast, there are a many
different software End User License Agreements ("EULAs"). The Microsoft
EULA for Windows XP is a specific license. "EULA" is a category for
	licenses of this type.

The GNU GPL is tailored for open source software. The license I just posted
is similar to the GNU GPL in that both fit into the GPL category, but the
license just posted is tailored specifically for schema.
