More or less any RDF databases.
Some of them are limited in the features of their query language (for
instance you can't do grouping or compute aggregates with rdfDB) and my
current preference goes to 4Suite for its query language (named versa)
which is less intuitive than others when you come from SQL but has lots
of features.
