As anecdotal evidence, that's certainly true for you.

Another interesting tidbit would be how many others on your bookmark list 
actually declare HTML 4.x, or anything at all -- I suspect more the later 
for the average user's bookmark list (us tech weenies are probably not the 
best benchmark)
