ElCel Technology are pleased to announce the release of their C++ XML
Toolkit which contains a high-performance, validating XML parser with a SAX
2.0 interface.

The C++ XML Toolkit is the engine that drives ElCel's popular XML command
line tools, the XML Validator [1] and Canonical XML Processor [2].  It is
offered as an extension to another new product from ElCel Technology called
Celios, a cross-platform C++ development library that brings the power of
Java to C++.

Celios complements the C++ standard library by adding Java-like facilities
for networking, multi-threading, Unicode, I/O
and automatic resource management (garbage collection).  Celios offers an
API modelled on Java, which has the benefit of making it easy to learn and
