I realize it's a little passe' to promote your own book,
but my "Building Oracle XML Applications" book from
O'Reilly is contains everything you need to know about
XML, Namespaces, XPath, XSLT, and deep coverage and
examples about how to use the Oracle XML technologies
and Oracle database together.
