However, the SGML world has its free tools for parsing and transformation. Consider this: a) SP, OpenSP for parsing b) DSSSL for transformation (OK not with the official DSSSL transformation module) and rendition. Moreover, these free tools are included in most Linux packages, doesn't it? This is also because the Linux developers are using these tools for LinuxDoc that DSSSL and OpenSP code have been maintained and are evolving. cheers Didier PH Martin
