And in a related story...

The Commerce and Labor Departments today jointly announced that productivity
has recently plunged 75% throughout the software development industry. "The
only areas unaffected," reported Labor Department spokesman Robert Phlegm,
"are a few classified DoD projects. This leads us to believe the cause is
somehow related to web access. We have awarded UC Berkely a two billion
dollar contract to study this effect and determine the link between web
access and low productivity and whether web use is hazardous to worker's
health and if so, if such web related injuries are permanent.
