Title: Disappointing test results with First Release of the W3C XML Schema Test Collection

We tested this week 4 additional XML Schema tools:
- XML Spy 4.0 (released version)
- Turbo XML 2.2
- XML Stylus Studio (latest beta)
- XML Schema Quality Checker

Next to the already given results from Microsoft and XSV
we found that:
- only for 33 of the cases all processors have anonymous judgements
- in 38 there is one minority opinion
- in 31 there is complete disagreement.

At a first look, both Spy and Turbo XML are too loose and do NOT capture a lot of errors.

Keep you tuned on the further details.

Regards,

Paul Hermans
