My answer in no way prevents the use of  XML Schema.  My answer clarifies an
question as to whether to use Elements or attributes for a set of specific
examples.

I also stated some opinions and generally accepted methodologies for using
attributes and elements and the relationships between the two.  You are free
to use XML in whatever way you feel.    Please do not paraphrase or twist
what I have said here.
