What wasn't true? The article on theregister mentioned the proprietary certificate technology, the filtering by browser type and system, etc. The pdf referenced on slashdot went into a little further followup, mentioning that the government office in charge is now recognizing that it has to open the site's functionality (including the proprietaray certificates) to non-MS browsers and systems. And this is, of course, going to take time. I think it's time for another tea-party, with the other side mixing the tea this time.
