Could you please query the xml-dev list and ask if anyone has
implemented a version of the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative elements,
with qualifiers, using XML Schema?  I am particularly interested in the
approach used for validating the content of variable content elements
(e.g., Date, Format, Coverage).

Ask people to respond to me (pulver@m...).
