Yet Another Dumb XML Article

dumb xml
Ok, this one is in XML Magazine Summer
2000. So, one would think its editors
could weed this stuff out. The article,
"Nearly Ready for Business" by Andy
Patrizio has these almost cliched howlers:

"The 800 pound Redmond gorilla has finally
waded into the XML pool.."

then

"Microsoft isn't the only big gun muscling
into XML. Also, in April, Sun Microsystems..."

Umm... do these editors and writers ever actually
find out who wrote the XML specs or
does the truth just not make for good press?
