SAX and URNs

Hmm -- this sounds like a really good candidate for a SAX conformance
test.  Make up an XML document that references a URN, then implement
an EntityResolver that maps the URN to a URL that actually points to
something.

SAX parsers shouldn't choke on this (even if they know nothing about
URNs), but I'm not willing to bet too much: I think that AElfred might
be OK, and James almost certain does it right in XT.

Yeah, there's been a lot of discussion on this point.  By the way, do
we have any usable URN schemes yet?
