xml parser

Hi Guys,


*	Is there a XML parser available on the net which i can use to parse
my XML documentat the server side. I will be using Windows NT server and ASP
for the processing
*	In what format will XML document be sent over the network is it in
ASCII? If so is it faster than sending a binary file?
