hey, I've noticed you can pass around output tree fragments in xslt as param-variables, which is nice, it's almost like using sosofos again, but the burning question I have is "how do I interpolate variables of this type into a template"? for example, lets say I do this: <xsl:template match="foo"> <xsl:call-template name="blue-tabler"> <xsl:param name="content"> <b>Beetles</b>, arachnids, and <u>chickens</u> </xsl:param> </xsl:call-template> </xsl:template> <xsl:template name="blue-tabler"> <xsl:param-variable name="content"/> <table bgcolor="blue"><tr><td> <!-- what do I do here to access $content? --> </td></tr></table> </xsl:template> The problem is probably really simple but I don't see in the xslt spec anything about interpolating variables of this type into the body of a template. There's the <xsl:value-of> which will stringify the output fragment, but aside from that I'm at a loss as to how to make templates operate on fragments. Or am I thinking too dsssl-like here? -graydon xml-dev: A list for W3C XML Developers. To post, mailto:xml-dev@i...
