For transforming data stored in databases you could use something like
the Xml Ole db Stylesheet Language (XOSL, see www.riposte.com/xosl).

It´s a XML language specifically designed to make converting relational
data to XML as easy as possible.

I have browsed and noticed that most of the information available is on
how to create the DTDs and well-formed documents.
1.But what do we do next to view these xml files with relevant data in a
browser?
