Attribute was renamed to Attr to avoid conflict with IDL's use of the word
Attribute.

Coming right along.  Arnold's list of PR/REC differences made a big
difference.  FYI, the Docuverse DOM SDK will be updated over the weekend to
support the REC version of the DOM spec.
