This worries me a little. What's the purpose of FONT? It's being dropped from HTML (i.e. it's only in the "transitional" version of HTML 4), so why create a legacy that will need supporting later? I think we could also do with a definition or convention for referencing things defined in the XSchema. It would be nice to have something less verbose and more robust than <A HREF="#DOC"><CODE CLASS="xml-element">DOC</CODE></A> each time you want to mention your DOC element.
