Actually it sounds like STD, a sexually transmitted disease...

XSchema is better in this regard.  XSpec?

But decide what it is before fixing a name, perhaps.

An XML DTD in current DTD syntax doesn't need a new name at all,
of course -- XML DTD is fine.
