A programming language is a programming language. They only differ in what they are optimized to represent and what particular performance optimizations they allow. But Turing complete is Turing complete. DSSSL is a programming language optimized for programming the association of style with nodes in groves, but it can be used for any programming task, including driving interactive 3-D viewers, if you want to make it do that (which you very well might).
