I interpret this to be a specific case of a more general problem - how do we associate multiple documents delivered over the WWW? (Among the documents are DTDs, entities of many sorts, transcluded documents, style sheets, and methods (e.g. Java classes). I am no expert here, but at least one person has suggested JAR files. Is this a generic solution for this type of problem (I agree it's probably only one of several solutions?)
