On http://www.w3.org/XML/Activity.html it is indicated that "current" 
charters expire in May 2002.

Putting aside the need to update that specific Web page can anyone tell me if 
the XLink Working Group is or is not currently chartered?

If it is, can anyone point me to a publicly accessible URL to view its 
current charter?
