Well shiver me timbers! Here I am working for 12 years in a small company selling
cool technology to big companies - if only I'd known how they really felt...

It already is happening - I'm involved with an industry consortium that covers all
aspects of residential mortgage lending. All of the major players are using XML,
some of them very well. Five years ago, the term "SGML" would draw nothing but
blank stares from most of them. These are big players and big systems.
