I have users running the 2009 XML Professional Stylus Studio and when they try to use the preview function nothing appears for them to preview. Also, the are unable to view their contracts or create word versions of the templates.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi Elizabeth,

Could you please provide more details on the issue?
Are they running XSLT or XQuery?
Is the transformation output XML, HTML or PDF?

It would be very useful if we could get a complete test case.
