I just recently upgraded to SS 2007 v2, and when I open to choose a document wizard, the XSLT tab is missing, along with the HTML to XSLT wizard!
I love this feature and have used it in my work. I want to know how I can get it back without rolling back to v1. Hopefully this is just a setting change somewhere to make the tab visible again.

Marc,
that functionality is tied to the XML-to-HTML XSLT WYSIWYG module,
that has been retired in v2007 Release 2.
You can still convert HTML to XML and then copy the resulting XML
into an XSLT or XQuery. But if you really want the previous
functionality back, for the time being you can turn it on setting this registry value:
Key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\
Software\
Stylus Studio\
2007 XML Enterprise Suite Release 2\
Settings

Thanks for that tip. I petition you with all my energy to reconsider taking away the WYSIWYG portion. It has been invaluable to one like me who is not a outright developer/coder and do best with tools that help me bridge gaps and make processes easier.

I am not sure this really clarifies a similar request I have. Is there a way to load and existing XSLT report into the XML Publisher? I have the report working the way I like and Scenario is set to use a css and sample xml file. I would now just like to tune it within XML Publisher since I now have the 2009 Enterprise Edition.
