Hi all,

I need to generate XML:FO output that contains chapters that hold a various number of items.
In my output the total numer of items may not excede 18. There is an extra difficulty.... a chapter counts for two!

So the example below would count as number 7.

Chapter1
item1
item2
item3

Chapter2
item1
item2

I've been trying very hard to solve the problem but cannot find the right approach. I've used recursive templates to loop but I cannot get it to work for both levels, only for chapters or items.

Any tips???

Can you please give us a sample of the input xml and a little more explanation of what is the problem?
