Marek KucharikSubject: dynamic qname in XSLt
Author: Marek Kucharik

Hello all,

I have a little problem with creating dynamic Qname(?) (node).
Example:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<node1>value1</node1>
<node2>value2</node2>
<node3>value3</node3>
<node4>value4</node4>
.
.
<noden>valuen</noden>

and I would like to get all values from nodes.
something like
<xsl:value-of select="any_function(concat('node',position()))"/>

Do you know the name of "any_function" or how I can do this?

Thanks for your help

Marek

Try something along these lines:
node()[substring(local-name(), 1, 4) = 'node']
