Choose Root Element (DTD)

To generate a skeleton XML document from a DTD, you must specify the element that you want to be the root element in the Choose Root Element dialog box.

To display the Choose Root Element dialog box, select File > Document Wizards from the Stylus Studio menu bar. In the Document Wizards dialog box that appears, click XML from DTD, and click OK. After you specify a DTD, click Next. Stylus Studio prompts you to specify the element that you want to be the root element in the new XML document.

After you specify the root element, click Finish. Stylus Studio displays a new XML document. It is a skeleton based on the DTD you selected. That is, it contains the defined elements, and it contains the word content where contents are allowed.
