File Support

Stylus Studio's Convert to XML makes it easy to build converters for many non-XML file types, including text, binary, and EDI. Stylus Studio uses a set of rules when loading the file in the Convert to XML Editor to determine the file type, the file encoding, and whether it is fixed-width or character-delimited. Stylus Studio's heuristics are also used to determine the field separator character being used (if any), the delimiting character being used (if any), and so on.
