Specifying That an Element Can Have an Attribute in DTDs

In the DTD Tree tab, to specify that an element can have an attribute:
1. Click the name of the element that you want to have an attribute.
2. In the menu bar on the left, click New Attribute .
3. Type the name of the attribute and press Enter.
