Using an ODBC Data Source in Stylus Studio

You can configure DataDirect SequeLink to take advantage of new or existing ODBC data sources you have created for databases, like Microsoft Access or Progress. The steps involved in this process are:

1. Download and install DataDirect SequeLink SocketServer.
2. Using the Microsoft ODBC Database Administrator, create the ODBC system data source.
3. Using DataDirect SequeLink Server Manager, configure DataDirect SequeLink to reference your ODBC system data source.

Once you have configured DataDirect SequeLink as described in this section, you can use it to create a DB-to-XML data source in Stylus Studio as you would for any natively supported relational database.
