Chessgml XML-XSLT to HTML+TIME (SMIL) +VML

For your reference: In progress sample of a modified XSLT (Max
Froumentin-W3C) from using MSxml4.0, transformation of Chessgnl (andreas
saremba). After converting Max sheet to an aaal in one page embedded inline
SVG presentation I am now modifying the stylesheet to a HTML+TIME
(microsofts SMIL implementation) + VML (Microsofts native Vector format)
presentation. (MSagent/Sapi4 is partly added but disabled). temporary
